How long a reply takes
Privacy and personal data requests are answered within thirty days at the latest. Everything else is usually looked at within a few days.

Booking matters
Because Routavio does not sell tickets or create bookings, cancellations, refunds, seats, baggage and anything similar are handled by the provider you booked with.
